Refund Policy (15 Days)

Thank you for shopping at Acvinegar. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility: You have 15 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received your item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation if necessary.

  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary information for returning the item.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and a replacement or refund will be issued upon verification.
